Ray - I've been doing this since August 17, and I've lost 31 lbs and (more importantly) - 5 inches from my waist and about 4-5 inches off my belly. Was 208, now 177lbs. Hardest exercise ever! I worked up from initially from 3 minute fast walk (3mph)/1 minute sprint (6 mph) to NOW 1:1 (1 minute walk 4mph/1 minute at 8MPH) - I can only do about 5 to 6 rounds of that so far, it's been hard! But I do almost 15 minutes of that. Along with 1 hr of weight training 2x a week with 2 trainers!
