@videochris69 28 years on the force and retired. This would not be someone who I would stop. I was called one day to investigate someone wearing a pistol and dressed like General Patton. The guy sure as hell has the uniform and even a crop. Turned out he was a resident of the local hospital.
There was no law violated, the guy had just signed out for a stroll. There is no law on the books that say's this guy cannot wear a helmet. I even witnessed a cow driving a car once.
Laughed my ass off.

can i ask a question helmetreality. what happened to your head in 98 and why did you need surgery? just wondering, ive seen a couple videos and just wondered what happened.

@petervanwinkles I had a tumor, but it started out as an aneurysm & just bleed real bad which was removed. The same skull was put back together that time in Feb '98. It happened again in Jan '99 & my skull could not be put back together that time. I waited 'til May '99 to have my skull made out of plastic & 4 titanium screws. I knew there was something still wrong with me & found the right doc who knew I had the tumor. He sent me to another doc that did the final removal. I almost died twice

You're awesome. Damn the haters. On my motorbike I will always wear a helmet (its the law in the UK), but I would always wear one regardless of the law. I have also quit smoking, which is handy since you can't smoke and wear a full face helmet :D

I d think the cops have better things to do then try killing ....and sorry to put it this way .... (a nobody) I mean to even say their trying to kill you makes you look less intelligent then your trying to put yourself out to be. You need to look at it from a cops prospective. Your driving around wearing a military battle helmet. You do know their are helmets out there that cost a lot less and are built just as well and made for your needs right?
