I still think the mag 7 (96) win is more amazing than the fab 5 (12) for the following reasons:

1-it was the 1st time it ever happened

2-it was the 1st time the russians got beat in this event

3-it was the 1st time USA had such a ethnically/racially diverse team (a jew, a blk, an asian, a 1st gen romanian amer.)

4- they won it at home here in the good USA for the largest crowd EVER & a gymnastics event.

5- Unlike 2012 we werent the favorites

6- That hollywood movie-like down to the wire finish

They may have not been the favorites but they were pretty close. They were 3rd, 2nd, & 3rd & 2nd and the last three World Championships and Olympic Games prior to Atlanta.

Wow. Terrific film. My dad was formerly an overweight dude. He converted himself from 283 lbs of pure fat to 204 lbs of natural lean muscle mass. I used to be stunned. I just subscribed personally coz I wanna strengthen. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it)...

Moceanu's beam mount was not first performed by a Romanian. A Romanian gymnast, Daniela Silivas, performed a similar mount in the late 80's.

    a few things

1-Kerri didn't land on one foot, she landed on both and it fucked up her foot, still bad ass nonetheless

2- Dom M's balance beam start was originally done by a Romanian i think in 1988

3-Shannon Miller was the most badass member of the team and the best one

4-The Karolyis are the heads of USA gymnastics, but they were only Kerri and Moceanu's personal coaches

My reasons on why these ladies are my favorite gymnasts:

1.Kerri Strug - So brave, strong, and courageous; She did a winning vault, all on one foot!

    2. Dominique Moceanu - My favorite; She does the most badass balance beam starts in the '96 olympics!

    3. Shannon Miller - Strong and an anchor herself! They say shes more or less the captain!

    4. All 7 were coached b the Karolyis - The best gymnast coaches

    5. Won first U.S. gymnast team gold - Yea baby!

    6. All do spectacular tricks and flips! SWEET!
