An example of the noise levels I shoot for. A Delta PWM fan should be this quiet under normal operating conditions, atop a Scythe or Cooler Master four-pipe; it will get noisy under overclock, as the CPU beneath consumes more power under such conditions.

@iNekoNaru Actually I agree on the heatsinks, but intel doesn't sell heatsinks they sell CPUs. Also this guy is not using an intel heatsink last time I checked non of intels CPUs had heat pipes.

@DemonAMVs I'm not being a fanboy, I'm just saying that intel heatsinks are garbage and loud. I've had 3 Intel computers now, and they were all crap. I got 1 AMD and it was perfect :\ but the motherboard short circuited because of my case.
