Often when we go to Harstine Island, I pick seaweed off the beach of Puget Sound to eat and for our compost pile. Seaweeds are generally highly nutritious both for consumption and for the ground.

Hi,
This seaweed is not too salt. It has a nice mild flaver, but distinctive. It is less salter than typical potatoe chips.
