I've started to watch walkthrough of games I've already beaten like soap operas....man, I need to find an anime to watch.

You should consider "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure". Look it up on OneManga(dot com), though, as the manga is much more like a soap opera than the anime. It's quite good if you like actiony, over the top stuff. But if you're looking for someone to fangirl over, I think the closest thing you'll be able to get to before part five(which is a couple hundred chapters away) would be Kakyoin, and he's not the best looker xD

For like Shojo, I recommend Vampire Karin. It's pretty good, for what it's worth.

ah christ I hate Dhoulmagus, yes you're only 1/2 way through the game but he is still the hardest boss in my opinion.
