For the Cuban people to be empowered, they must on their own kick the communist out of the country.
For the ones that left Cuba, if they want to go back. Send them, just don't let them come back. Send them with a gun in their hand. fight for that freedom, or they will never have freedom in the country.
Freedom is bought with money or non-government controlled economy, but with brute force and blood.
That is how it's been since time started. You can't change that.

Yes the Cuban people must themselves change their government (those living in Cuba) and that is exactly what I want. You must learn a bit of history. Democratic change occurred in Chile w/o a single bullet being fired, the same happened in Spain. Apartheid ended in South Africa without bloodshed either. Violent transitions like the ones you support only lead to instability and do not bring about democracy. If you do a bit of reading you'd learn that.

Chile?? Chile had to be a military government, led by General Augusto Pinochet Ugarte, took over control of the country. "HE" (Pinochet) approved a new Constitution, and then and General Pinochet became president for an 8-year term. That after leading from 9-11-73 to 9-11-80. but not till after 72 people were murdered,3 thousand people were executed, tens of thousands of people were detained and tortured.
All happen before he become the president for 8 more years.

Man, I'm speaking about the transition to democracy which occurred in 1988 when the opposition in Chile defeated Pinochet in a referendum. The opposition did not take to the streets with guns killing people like you propose the Cuban people do to get ride of the Castros. The analogy your making makes no sense, the crimes you are talking about where committed by the dictatorship not by those wishing to bring about democracy.

No shit the crimes were committed by a dictatorship, and to become persident for a 8 year term had no problem killing thousands more.
but if the people of Cuba want freedom from a communist dictatorship of the Castro's, they will have to by force.

How do you define force? By taking the streets and killing people? Dictatorships stay in power this way, but sustainable democracies are not built this way. Answer me this: did the Chilean opposition have to resort to killing to win the 1988 referendum? Did the opposition to Franco topple his government by attacks? The people can pressure the government and force to to change but the use of guns which you are advocating will only bring about instability. (Look up Iraq for an example)

And please learn more about how Cuba works because from your answer it is obvious you do not understand the effect that making people independent from the government can have. Had our government used a more astute foreign policy the Cuban government would have already crumbled.

The people of Cuba don't want freedom. If they did they would have fought for it long ago.

Oh yes for sure. Please learn more about Cuba before you make such ridiculous claims. Some of the world's worst dictators have not left power until they themselves have stepped down or after their death, in spite of overwhelming opposition to their rule and a desire for freedom among the people.
