I have decided to donate one of my canvas paintings to teenage cancer trust. At the Kustom Kulture Blastoff show this year (2011) this canvas will be for sale on my stand. All money made from its sale will go straight to the charity.
This video also marks my 5 year anniversary on Youtube. Thank you to all my subscribers/viewers. I hope i have helped some of you out and heres to the next 5 years :)

Rob Chapman's "Bare Bones" can be purchased from the Monkey Lord store here... http://www.monkeylord.co.uk

  • Svee it looks good! Did you use gesso to prep the canvas before painting?

  • @cbgraphics Thanks mate. Yeah i gesso'd the canvas first then sanded it slightly with 600 wet and dry paper to give me a bit of a smoother surface ;)

  • congrats with the 5th anniversary youtube thingy!

used auto air again on Wonder Woman?

  • @bernhardtsen74 Thanks mate. She is a mixture of Wicked detail paints, Auto Air, Com Art and E'tac lol

  • i think that she looks a bit manly because of her expression it looks kinda of too manly ... for me you should havev make her expression more soft and kind with a little smile to make her look alot more lady like...

besides that i think your great ... as usual :D

  • @lorangbiter Thanks for the honest feedback mate. Much appreciated. Ive been re-working her upper half and she looks waaaay better now. I'll upload a follow up video to this next week to show you all what ive done to her ;)

  • @svee cant wait to see it

  • @jd54105 Thank you mate ;)

  • @tollmart Thanks bud ;)

  • @TheMartenz No problem and thanks for watching ;)

  • @mikesewell2008 This was sketched out with just a regular HB pencil mate. If im doing detailed shading with pencil then i use H for precise crisp lines, 3B for the shadows, B for the dark tones and HB for the mid/lighter tones.

  • @TheMuziko99 a plastic mesh bag stretched over the area mate. Some people use the same method for snake skin ;)
