@RohRohToday Sure i eat 6-8 small meals per day ,protein intake is close to 2 grams of protein per kg of body weight and i eat mostly complex carbs throughout the day,try it it out it will work for you also....regards raghav :-)

@RohRohToday No bro aloo chaat is high glycemic index food ....its equal to have having sugar....avoid it if you really serious about losing body fat ...thanks for watching .....regards raghav :-)

@12cr0x12 Hey man ...no not everyday ....as chances of injury are extremely high ...your muscles need atleast 48 hours to rest and recuperate...you can do this workout thrice a week (and combine more exercises with this plan)on every alternate day and follow a proper diet along with it and you will easily get in shape ...check out more body weight exercises on my channel ....regards raghav :-)

@RohRohToday Sure i eat 6-7 small meals per day mostly complex carbs, my protein stays clsoe to 1.5 grams - 2 grams of protein per kg of my body weight and i don't touch processed food ...thanks for watching ...regards raghav :-)
