For a good quality you need to take care of different things. Put your ingame graphics as high as possible in the TM launcher (but don't put antialiasing there). Shoot your replays with the MediaTracker with a good resolution (and you can put antialiasing there). And finaly, make sure you work with the same resolution (or at least aspect ratio) in your video editing software, not to get a stretched output. :)

there is still room for improvement on the cameras but the sync is very nice, the video quality is not that good though :p
