If I get a smaller one do I still cook it for the same amount of time? Is there a test to know when it's done? Sorry for the beginner questions.

@DesertNails I would use this basic rule: 20 minutes a pound for whatever size. Hope that helps!

@DesertNails Also, to test when it's done, the leg should measure 180 degrees when a meat thermometer is inserted and the juice of the leg should run clear when pricked with a fork.
