  • OK, experiment number one trying to use real Peanut Butter was a partial success -- good flavor and silky texture - but globs of Peanut Butter left at the bottom of the cup. Tonight I will try the same thing -- but with a stick blender in hand.

  • @MrAlligam Please let us know how it goes! Will you blend the chocolate sauce and peanut butter and espresso together, then add milk? Or blend it all together after combining? - Kat

  • @SeattleCoffeeGear My process this last time was (1) mix chocolate syrup and creamy Peanut Butter (2) Mix in espresso (3) add half the milk and stir (4) add rest of milk (and foam) and make latte art.

Tonight, I will try stick blender on steps 2 and 3.

  • @ryanland1 It's nice -- I don't use it that often because I prefer the texture/mouthfeel of the sauce in drinks. I have used it a couple of times to impart chocolate without the heaviness, however, and it's nice - Kat

  • Kat what do you think of the monin swiss chocolate syrup??

  • @acidfingers :) - Kat
