For everyone asking questions about the power consumption...
There are 12 X 600W Hps lamps = 7200W - This is nowhere near enough to flip someone's lid at the power company, and if we look at how much heat this generates... About 25% (MAX) of the power cunsumed by a HPS lamp, is converted to heat, therefore, 1800W is converted to heat, which is LESS than a 2 bar electric fire!
Heat and power consumption aren't your enemy... telling people what you're doing is what's gonna get you locked up!

Can someone tell me, how do you know exactly when your finished flowering, or when and how can you tell the buds are ready for harvest?

Look at the pistils, when approximately 75% of them have turned brown, it's time to harvest ;)
