this is kind of stupid, most anyone will be able to lub a chain, tighten the chain tensioner and replace fork seals, these things shouldn't keep anyone from purchasing a bike. good thing most decent sprockets and chains or no more than a couple hundred bucks.

its a 600 it says on the bike + it does not have the usd forks that the 700 has to be specific its a gsxr 600 srad ww model

its probably a 600, the 750's had upside forks rather then conventional forks shown in this vid.
