Daisy: A Love Song from Gatsby. This is a song my old band Plow Monday recorded back in 2002 inspired by the book / movie "The Great Gatsby" - it is a love song from Gatsby to Daisy.

I wrote these lyrics after reading the book for the first time as an adult with free will and not a force-fed college student and loved it. The next day - it had been a long night...a half a bottle of vodka night...I gave the lyrics to Jon, our lead singer and primary songwriter. He dug them and very shortly had the music written.

We were already scheduled to go into the studio to record our album "Second Glance Appeal" and decided to add this one to the list. Glad we did.
