On August 10, Mark Neumann released a 210-page book that details his plan to turn Wisconsin around. It's called Wisconsin Taxpayers First.
This comprehensive book is the result of months of careful consideration and planning. Using this as a roadmap, Mark is committed to balancing Wisconsin's budget, cutting wasteful spending, reducing taxes, and spurring unprecedented job growth in every corner of our great state. But, this book also offers proposals on how to improve our education and healthcare systems, return to Constitutional principles, clean up Madison, and many other proposals.

How do you propose to improve the schools without providing additional money? Wisconsin schools - especially those in urban areas - are suffering budget shortfalls, and I have trouble seeing how you're going to fix any problems if class sizes continue to increase.
