HereIIHere - Happy Birthday Gift

I kept this very personal video to myself since my Birthday, May 31. Not so much that I'm "shy" (who me?) but because I thought HereIIHere and their manager Bryan Reeves might be overwhelmed with similar requests; for personal "phone concerts." :)

But when I read Bryan's latest blog

(which was great by the way...they always are...) and saw that they have been getting by on what their "donation only" concerts have been providing, I was surprised. I guess I just figured that after all they are giving to us, people were donating left and right on their site, but hey...I wasn't either.

I had the bright idea weeks before my "day" to offer to push that button if they could sing Happy Birthday to me, and there was no promise, but I hoped and gave my number. Bryan said they would see what they could do. I didn't expect it to happen really. I mean traveling in what they've been calling that "sardine can" up and down the West Coast, then down and up, up and down and back down and up?

Lo and behold...they came through. From the car I am sure...someone holding a cell phone in the air...they made my day.

I ran right over to that "donate" button as promised. What did I give? Let's just say...I'm not a millionaire...but I am also not broke...I gave what "I" felt absolutely good giving, no guilt whatsoever that I was cheating these BeUtiFull beings.

Their time is precious, their road "to us" long, but totally worth it to them. And this Gift from them, was totally worth what I gave back from my heart.

Donate if you can, but most of all see them if you can as they are back on the West Coast tour after a six week break.
