I love this! We've been using it in customer service training as there are so many examples of the behaviours we need to avoid, shown in an hysterically funny way. This guy has deifinitely got a career in deadpan humour :-)

My favourite bit is "well 3 is 2 more than I can cope with if I'm providing customer service for you"!
