theres no harm in mining as long as its responsible mining.,DENR and other agencies are there to watch over them,infact it will create more work to people and help in the improvements of roads,facilities etc that gov. cannot provide.,

they gathered signatures even from elementary students who are vulnerable to deception. School teachers made it part of their homework to gather signatures from their family members, on pain of failing grades if they do not do their homework. Also a free entry to concerts if they sign up to the movement. even those people lining up for clearance at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) office,,WTF..I doubt some people who signed knows and understand what they really signed

we're using mined elements in the technology we're using to view this video. They have to come from somewhere. Also, the Philippines is in dire need of foreign exchange receipts. Can we not have responsible mining? Perhaps done at a very slow rate and in small-scale mines. That way, small areas of forest can be disturbed for a mine & then afterward when the mine is finished, the ground restored and allowed to re-forest.
