  • Jeez, he really struggles trying to make it hover! That whole time he just couldn't get it, going back and forth and upside down, you should teach him the basics first...................

    Pregnant pause............

Oh I'm kidding. That's the best 3D flying I've ever seen in a child! You must be very proud.

  • Does your child get an education or does rc come above it?

  • @airsoftandrc LOL That is funny question. :) This type of thinking from people, stem from the thought that everyone is created equal, and assume he gets his skills from countless hours of practice. He actually spends less time with RC than with his Nerf guns. During weekdays, he spends less than 10-20min for anything RC related. After school, he goes to Kumon to do math and English, rec center sports, etc.

  • @airsoftandrc He does hate anything that remotely resemble practice. His interest in RC hasn't diminished (so far), simply because he is able to do it without any effort. If he had to practice to get where he is, he would have lost interest in RC many moons ago. I am considered a faster learner when it comes to RC too. It took me an hour of sim time each day for a whole month to learn a difficult maneuver. He says, let me try it and fumbled for 5min and he managed to execute it.

  • @airsoftandrc Simply put, his brain is wired differently, when it comes to RC, compared to most people. :)

  • :O OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm eleven and I thought I was good, 6 months practice and i'm doin' 3D, I thought I was good for my age, but i hate to admit this but compatition me and him, no question winner, the 8 year old. I would get freakin woped to the egde of the universe and back. He is good.

  • I'm really glad that's not a real helicopter. Otherwise someone could have been really sick after the ride... =p

  • He must be in a rc school

  • i bet allan szabo cant even do that

  • Sweet landing!

  • I laugh at the camera-woman trying to keep up with the heli lol.

  • This is a testament to what the human nervous system can do if given the tools and the opportunity to learn by doing creatively. Near as I can tell, an incredible kid and great parenting. I wish I had this addition to my education!
