Tim, your evidence is not clearly visible. You can treat others the way you would like to be treated and have a society with rights that will be able to function just as our own, but that doesn't mean that every last human organism has to be included in that society in order to have those things. You could legalize infanticide for example and your own rights will not be threatened, and society will still function. Your argument is therefore inadequate, andthe question still stands.

Tim, your 'evidence' for why we should have rights is true to a point, but it doesn't adequately address my question why we need to have universal rights for every last person, why we can't institute a slave race or have infanticide. We coudl have rights for people in a society and exclude others from that society. You will be able to freely express your opinion and have benefits of a society, while excluding other organisms from it, as you already do now with the unborn.

Tim, again: the fact that I can't give you evidence does not prove that I am delusional. I try to explain this to you through a simple story of a man who can't give evidence of something extraordinary and who isn't delusional, but again you just call it stupid and refrain from recognizing that which is obvious and clear.
