has anyone had the problem where the screen just doesnt come on? phone plays power up sound, still responds to touch but WILL NOT display anything, not even behold 2 at startup? no water damage, no shock damage, started with lines across the screen and usually stays black after pressing unlock button if i touch the screen at all before it comes up. what the helll samsung?
