  • Olympic style squat. Knees come forward beyond toes. I try to keep knees and ass back and break at hips. I presume your form works for you. Any thoughts on difference appreciated.

    This is just the squat technique that has always felt natural and comfortable for me. I do squat mainly for bodybuilding goals as opposed to powerlifting. I think the main thing is to use a FULL range of motion and keep the weight under control at all times.

    I have never done box squats. Sometimes I do a similar thing, where at the bottom of each rep I do a complete, motionless bottom-out for several seconds before beginning the ascent. I don't know if this has any special benefit; it just feels good.

    Drugfree and total raw talent determination and persistence. I thought you were cooked after 10 reps. How you managed another 10 god only knows.

    Awesome lifting. Show those juiced up arseclowns how it's done. You're strength is all yours, you can walk away from that powerrack knowing you did those 20 squats without having to ram a syringe in your arse.

  • Awsome work man, very impressive. I recently read "brawn" and the author advocates 20 rep squats as well as deadlifts. I'm giving the 20 rep squat a shot tomorrow.
