@herbgardner00 Couldn't agree more. Lactobacillus acidophilus literally means acid-loving milk-bacteria, so when we put acidic oils on the skin, they love it! One question : Other than elixirs, what do you consume for calories on a daily basis? Also, how often do you consume elixirs daily? Ok maybe two questions. Thanks =D

Another great way to strengthen your immune system is to rub high quality oils on the skin after a shower. This feeds the healthy bacteria on the skin, creating an environment for them to thrive, and creates a "force field" around yourself. I personally prefer coconut and olive oils, extra virgin of course, and am going to look into sesame oil. Thanks again Brandon, it's always a pleasure to hear what you have to say.

@wonshot4 funny thing is last night i was reading a book that was speaking of this exact thing. basically we are coated in bacteria who have a will to live just as we do. their life protects our life, thus it is a symbiotic relationship. the good oils create a good environment for them to thrive is my thesis.
