Was 1st DGO of a group a few years back. Are the two tones still CFA issue?
Thought they got rid of them years back.
We had the siren from a WW2 brengun carrier on the truck when I first started mounted on a 1959 Austin. (this was in 1978) Had to hold your finger on the button to wind it up.
Did have a neighbouring brigade that had the brass bell on their truck. Sounded magic.
