@joe: I don't know what happened to you in your life but it must have been something really baad Misool Eco Resort is absolutely worth seeing The Diving is incredible, 15-20m vis standard, sometimes more than 35 m Biodiversity is second to none! Dynamite damage is marginal, even the house reef is home to a lot of different sea dwellers, such as: pygmy sea horses napoleons schools of jackfish turtles squids barrakudas and in dec 09 about 12 babysharks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!

I've been to this resort. The facilities were certainly decent, however the diving was not very impressive at all--Especially considering the FOUR GRUELING DAYS of travel it took to Reach Misool Eco Resort. What these videos fail to show is the dismal visibility (10-15 meters in the best season and much worse at other times). Additionally, a high percentage of reef tops/flats in the Misool Area have been decimated by dynamite fishing. Just a heads up to potential travelers to the area.
