I teach high school and college students how to study but never thought to do a video like this!
Brain research tells us when are more of our senses are activated, we more apt to remember new information.
I know it sounds obvious but most people tend to study very passively.
Try this tip if you use note-cards. Next to the definition/answer draw a quick little sketch that represents the answer. I've found students remember up to 70% more info...
