well they are already planing to reopen lutari island because last time i was on neopets which was last week i read the events and they reveled a new wheel and i thought it might be lutaris wheel i wnet to the foggy island and saw the same colour wheel there

You CAN get to Lutari island on neopets, yet sadly it is not opened. You can not interact with ANYTHING on the island. :'( So yes, the only way you can truly accesses the Lutari island is if you download it. And I've tried to find a download of it, but there is none. (I tried to find a download of Neopets Mobile) So I hope the island reopens again!!

Go to your mobile carrier's website (At&t, Sprint, Verizon or T-Mobile) to sign up. You will be charged per month on your cell phone bill.

AT&T no longer has neopets mobile, it is listed on their site but when you try downloading it, it says it's not available, is there any other way to get it? i've seriously been looking for a week straight with no luck :/
