Im not sure what your issue here is? He wasnt an asshole, he isnt pulling the stuff he was saying to you out of his ass? Like other people said he could of been a complete asshole to you and some cops would just take your bike.

the police said it all at the end, ITS NOT A CRIME, so why are you bothering yourself with this, why are you not out catching CRIME. Why must you insist on using OUR tax paying dollars to FINE a citizen NOT BREAKING THE LAW, this is just skimming cash off the peasants, normal practice because the police profit from giving us tickets. I will say that the officer was courteous, wasnt an ass like most.

Sniff Sniff , you remind me of myself . I am always an asshole when they bull me over no matter if i was doing wrong or not .But i have learned Its much more easy to just play nice first and see if u can admit without saying it .

I went to the court date. They said come back later. Hired an attorney who said the cop won't even show up for the court date, so it will be dismissed. Either way, lights aren't required on sidewalks, and the cop was on the wrong side of the street to see what color my light was. Hope the next ticket wins as easily.
