The Sims 3 - House 23 - Accustomed Elegance - Part 1

Hey all! For those that follow the trials and tribulations of LuigiRules, you'd have known that after House 22, he(me) fell into a creative ditch and failed at house building... until yesterday!!!

So anyway, I decided I'd have a go at building a house and here's what it looks like so far! I tried making it technical but it wouldn't work so I scrapped the entire garage thing and went for a driveway type parking thing.

Then I thought a 'split house' would look cool but it looked too much like my House 16 "Bayside Beauty" so I changed it.

Overall, I'm not entirely thrilled with the house, but what I've done so far (part 2 and 3), makes it look much better, for those who have my Facebook I uploaded a picture of it last night.

Anyway, I'll upload the parts sometime soon. So stay tuned!!!

To change the hight of the terrain while objects are on it. Use 'BoolProp ConstrainFloorElevation false' And i've seen ppl use 'constrainFloorElevation false'. I know the first one works.

How do you change the highed of the ground while their is build on?

And i saw a vid of yours were your Sim was sitting on a seat in a Swimming pool how did you do that?

I wanted to see more, but i couldnt find part two. a simple direct link would be helpful thats all. and btw i did find it, and i watched the whole series.
