Now guys, if TARP was wrong, what would you have done instead.? Let the banking system collapse? Remember this policy was implemented while George W. Bush was President and was done at his request.
It is possible that the banks may be in trouble again since it is not clear that some of them owned the mortages that their securities are based. Anyone care to comment on what Dino's plan in case this happens?

A good example of Murray hypocrisy is less than a year after she helped pass the TARP bailout of the bankers and wall street, she had the nerve to go on the road and try to teach college students in central Washington how to have "financial responsibility". She has proven repeatedly to be useless to WA state and is currently, like Cantwell, only a rubber stamp for Obama and his communist agenda. And after 18 years at he trough, she is must nearly be finished feeding off the people.

A comprehensive analysis by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) released in August concluded that the stimulus legislation "increased the number of people employed by between 1.4 million and 3.3 million" in the second quarter of this year. The republicans want to keep us unemployed, uneducated and unable to function as a country.

For 16 of those years the GOP held the House and the Senate and if we want to talk reckless spending how is Rossi going to pay for the wars your President Bush took us into. Rossi doesn't even have an exit strategy.
