At the 2006 Goodwood Festival of Speed in the south of England, Renault Formula One engineers connected a computer to the engine after the car had come back from running up the hill. This is one of several 'songs' the engine can perform by varying the fuel input and engine RPM. Apart from 'God Save the Queen' (performed in the video), the engine can do 'We are the Champions', and the Spanish and French national anthems. Enjoy!

  • i like how the one guy is just standing there polishing the car pretending that he cant hear that ridiculously loud engine.

  • The guy polishing the car must be deaf as a post,as he doesnt even batter an eyelid. That cracked me up! brilliant.

  • @Purepromedia lol...

  • @watsummarc well you show off, and you preserve longevity of the engine ( which still isn't very long. )

  • @Purepromedia lol.. didnt need that much.. it's just to show off

  • @Mooseboy240 The revs at the end are to burn out the excess fuel from running the engine so low ( most likely rich ) and to coat the cylinder walls with oil before the next start.

  • It actually sounds more like a barking dog in the beginning.

  • the revs at the end are intoxicating

  • Sad to think in 2014 the engines will sound shit

  • Polski hymn o Kubicy znalazłem u autorki "skrzysia" na You Tube, bo był opisany w "F1 Racing".

  • @millard27 FUCKING ENGAYLISH
