Rear passenger — Measures taken from the dummy indicate a low risk of any significant injuries in a crash of this severity.
Head protection:

Driver — The dummy's head was protected from being hit by any hard structures, including the intruding barrier, by a side curtain airbag that deployed from the roof.

  • I have an X Type. This is certainly not a ford. They used 18% of Ford parts on the car. The rest were Jaguar. Furthermore, all manufacturers are using other parts these days from different manufacturers. Such as, Corvette has used Lotus parts in the past, the Porsche Cayenne is essentially a Volkswagen Touareg, even Rolls Royce has jumped on the bandwagon using BMW. Besides, I'm most certain my X Type is far superior to the car you are probably driving right now.

  • the rear passanger is well protected but i see so much intrusion in the side barrier maybe they need to do a more rigid side structure but im happy with the resultd of the rear passanger bur not with the driver!
