My oldest son has tried to be strong for the past three years...ever since he lost his mom to cancer. Tonight was only the second time I've seen him openly mourn his mom, something I hope is just the beginning of the healing process he needs right now.

  • I am sitting here speechless and in tears.

  • I had to take a minute to respond to this, Jon. I'm crying listening to this; what a touching video (and what a courageous father you are to share this with the world). God bless you, man...keep strong!

  • Your little boys are so very fortunate to have such a compassionate and emotionally intelligent father in you.

  • wow....thanks for sharing...I wouldn't bet on that article or those statistics...If almost every dad in the country, or in the world were like you with their kids, our world would guaranteed be a better place...I know for a fact that you're kids are going to be successful in whatever they put thier minds too.

  • I am so very sorry about the loss of a wife and mommy. I can not imagine what you guys are going through. What a stand up, great guy, great daddy you are. I pray that the 3 of you find a way to move forward together, and heal with the Lord by your side. God Bless.
