  • also when it is in the trade options it says term what does that mean?

  • I have not explored the options trading part of the software yet but I would assume that this means the term of the option you are trading or in other words how long until expiration. Best Regards, Dave

  • hi dave..i was interested in getting a dvd. u said you were going to contact me back?..any new word?

  • Sorry for the delay in reply here. I am having some issues with getting all the videos on the DVD but should have it worked out in the next week or so. Best Regards, Dave

  • i have thinkorswim also..so i wanted to buy long on a limit order..instead of clicking bid ..i should click sell?

  • If you want to go long then you want to click the ask price. In the example in the video I am selling short which is why I have clicked the bid. Best Regards, Dave

  • but where do you buy stocks online

  • It seems like you keep getting the buy & sell mixed up in your Stop Order video and this one too. It's supposed to be: For Sell limit order, it's executed at the market price or better (HIGHER), and for buy limit order, it's executed at the market price or better (LOWER). Why would you want to sell a stock at the current market price or lower... And why would you want to buy a stock at the current market price or higher?

  • Tos is good but can it provide stop-limit order?

  • Thanx, I was looking all over the web for this explanation. I have recently started learning trading... The best thing is that I use "think or swim" :)

  • i am new to this trading thing but is it possible lets say if you work the hours the stock market is open is there anyway possible to make your online stock account to buy the stocks the next day??
