i say accidents happen innocent people get hurt by innocent people. the bulldozer was no accident. the death may ave been unintended but its not as inocent as an accident. if someone dies in the commision of a robbery the theif can be held accountable for the death because he shouldnt have been there,,thats in american justice...those murderers with the red beards are sick sick puppies..no doubt,,,but not related
