  • I just got pins out of my wrist yesterday and this seemed to help alot

  • dumbass really these moves aernt functional it will only make worse circular motion how is that a functional movement of the wrist

  • nice thanks ive been dealing with pain from really heavy arm curls and these stretchs seem to relieve alot of the pain. thanks

  • hmmmm...... while the sports therapist outfit does makes her look professional.........she has absolutley no idea what she's talking about!

  • Wrong,wrong,wrong...go to shoalin wrist exercises for much better motion..

if you had an injury you would keep your elbow at the side, no arm movement just wrist...

  • what does that mean, "move from your centre" when you are working on your wrist?

  • Notice how she is only moving the wrist, and elbow. This is an excellent example of an exercise which will make your wrist and elbow pain worse. To ease your pain, reduce the movement at peripheral joints and move from your centre

  • SPEAK UP

  • not helpful at all

  • this is.....wierd
