Good for you. I have never voted right. Most politicians to me are lower than lawyers. They also seem to have almost total immunity from any legal responsibility to provide adequate health care. Yet they are willing to sell themselves for any military expense or war.

That seems to be the theme these days...well actually it has been going on since slavery....well such is the world of politics. Today we can at least get the numbers....the data that is reported however. Outside of the SE portion of the state, MI has always been mostly Republican...regards...

About a week ago, news sites said that Nofs had raised $400K+ vs Griffin's $33K. I can't help thinking Nofs supporters had extra money to spend on him, knowing his policies would be helping the rich get richer, while Griffin's supporters don't have extra money to donate this year. But that's simplistic. I'm sure there are lots of other factors. At least our local school bond increase passed.

I love the Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat. I just skimmed the jargon...same way I skim over foreign phrases or mysterious phrases which turn out to be quotes from poets I've never read. Eventually these things ooze into us anyway, through our pores I guess, without effort, and it gradually dawns on us what the author was talking about--possibly years later.
