Stray Cats & Kitten Family - what can I do?

I had visited a home in upstate NY, country like area surrounded by woods.
Here are some stray cats & 3 kittens. They are all so hungry. What can I do for them? well I did fed them.. and I tried to "rescue" as many as I could.. but I only was able to get one of them. So She is home with me now. I will care for her (already been to the vets) get her used to being handled and then try to find her a loving home.

Here in Video is when I first saw the kittens on 9/7/08. cute.. but these kitty's deserve better then to live a "Stray" cat life. Stray cats live with constant sickness (parasites & upper respitory) chased & maybe killed by loose dogs or other wild animals. Being hated by some people who will throw things at them or others do worse things to harm them. Plus living ourdoors in possible harsh elements (Pouring Rains, COLD winters & HOT summers. At least I saved one.

give them food and try to rehome them dont give them to an animal shelter were they will be put down and dont just take the kittens u have to take the mom aswell plz take them.

@dndlocke Yeah. They tried to stab this stray kitten but I took her in. Sadly, it didn't survive. It was too young to live without it's mother and never got the milk it needed. It was also very sick. But I gave it milk and food for as long she lived.

if i were you, i would definately try to trap them! then theyll get proper care and hopefully theyll get neutered. but i hope they survive:D

I would have takin them all.Because a 10 or a 11 year old tried to stab and kill a kitten but I took hem in.But when I got hem he was sick and he died just this morning.I don't know what to do.
