This is what I see in this video : As they grow up, they argue a lot, and the beginning part shows that they are not same as before.

I SEE that they both want to bring it all back, but they can't. in the end when Bill says "something I don't really understand" expresses that Bill just remembered what he said before, and now the harsh reality is that it's not like that anymore.

this video makes me sad...

it's like a growing process for the two twins: when they are joung they are more and more close, after that there is the part where they speak but you put more parts where they argue so it means that when they grow up they separate a little and this makes Bill suffer. This is my interpretation.
