Still a mild step down from the PS1 and PS2's ability to support 8 controllers.
I know Bluetooth can only support 7 simultaneous devices, but Sony should let you use a wired controller as the 8th.

Sony had to change the specifications of the PS3 because poor 360 fanboys couldnt aford those features.

Also, there is delays with everything. The reason the PS3 was delayed was because of Software.

Wi-Fi is standard, and you can have 7 wireless controllers, although no one has/can support that.

Or the majority of people werent dumb enough to pay for something like that.
