What a fail. There are literally dozens of sniper spots on OD, all of which are very well hidden. This one is right in the open.

@transformers27years The key to using the sniper rifle is to find a spot where you can see lots of enemies but they can't see you, then just zoom and fire. If you want to take down any enemy in one shot just head shot them, even if they have an over-shield. Don't try to no-scope people though because the un-zoomed aiming makes it so that you could be firing in all directions.
