no idea why you'd want to go there but hey !
You come out of hitchin station and turn right, down under the train bridge, carry on walking and i think the second left (common rise or something), turn down there. lovely downhill slope to coast down on your board, as well. at the end there's an alley, go through the alley and up the steps and across the field, and there's the park. hope it helps !
