@unintentionalatheist I know makes it sound like he'll probably get the wrong guy and completely NOT protect anyone. I notice its all focused on the "bad guys" but never the "victims".
Maybe that's why so many people who call the police end up getting arrested for "disorderly conduct" as if its a tradition in some neighborhoods or almost like the police are punishing you for calling them, you're making them work

@imacooldude506 You only need about 500 or 600 people to make a "town" anything under that is a villiage. 40,000 is a large town. 108,000 is a small city.
