The Single Dumbbell Overhead Squat is a very challenging strength training exercise. It requires a lot of coordination, flexibility and strength. It will also improve all of those qualities.

  • Maybe your guy needs to stop putting his hand on the floor, as this encourages people to lean the torso forwards, very dangerous
