Our Rev Deck Experience

Andrew got this Revolution deck for christmas that said it would last 4 - 6 times longer than your average wood board because he breaks boards super often. It didn't last very long. Maybe it was a defect; I have heard of other people's lasting super long. This is our experience though.

dude me and my friend both break boards like every two weeks or so and both of ours have lasted like over 2 months with like no problems and barely any razortail you mustve ran it over with a semi

its probably not as bad as it looks. it probably wouldve been better if it wasnt on figheye!! and maybe his bord is shit because he trashes it, like at the very end. who knows, maybe he did tht to his board from beggining to make it like tht. X_o

trust me, the video honestly makes it look good. That thing touched the ground if you stepped anywhere near the middle. And no, he was only trashing it because it was already trashed, i skated with him every day.

eh, theyre kinda flatish to me. really similiar to an almost. kinda short nose and tails, but then again, i'm used to habitats which have huge noses and concave

I had the same problem but the carbon separated on the nose within 5 minutes of skating. I took photos but the company refused to resolve the situation. Never buying decks from them again.

I got my rev deck board like a month ago and at first it was good but after 2 weeks the layers started to separate then I did a kick flip and landed right on the tail of the board and it chipped so and now there is a giant hole on the bottom of the board!! Bottom line is just stick to wood boards not this crap it sucks! I agree 100% with the guys in the video

u shouldve ordered the stiff version, it says that its a bit heavier, but more durable and still way lighter than wooden boards.

Seriously, this video is bullshit :b All I skate it revolutions and I've had five in the last two years, and I break more decks than anyone I've ever seen. I got a defective one that broke after a month ONCE, and they happily replaced it with a new one. They're cool people and definitely make quality decks... But then again, everybody is different. Just, don't let biased reviews persuade you.

@pen15envy which size did you get? and the underside has those indentations in it to help with grabs and makes the board lighter. The concave is pretty good to me, it's a standard size concave however pops faster than a wood deck. usually wood companies make there board with extra concave so that you can pop higher however we don't need it because it's of course not wood. The price is cheap, it's the price of 2 wood decks but lasts you the length of 8 or 10 or possibly higher.
