  • i realized something.i have 5400rpm hdd, could be this that problem?it looks like its still loading the game, then it stops, couse i dont think its laging because of high level textures or what...

  • the only few options is to get a better processor, try different drivers or get the latest patch for crysis.

anyways even with those specs you shouldnt run crysis that low, i've even had my old amd x2 5000+ and still the fps is francly higher than yours.

  • i have the same opinion.and what motherboard do u have?my mb has old chipset, doesnt have pcie 2.0

  • Or get physics on minimum or medium... :)

  • i have ATI :D

  • You lucky! I got 42 FPS with HD 4870 and it lag as hell

  • maybe it runs like shit because you have some very slow memory. change your ram

  • the problem is in ATI graphics i have the same computer like him ,and it laggs

so when my brother played it on 8800 gt it went fine . he has crappyer computer than me So when i got my 9800 gt every thing was good

You shuld look for some fix on net

  • ram!!!!!!!!!!1

  • I know what the problem is turn down your aa to 0 and put textures on medium.

because the recommended system requirements for the normal crysis is a 8800gt 512Mb and that is measured on a standard 4:3 monitor so 1280x1024, so with 512mb you could just play the game on high(ish) settings and no AA wich really lowers the videoram usage,

apart from that 512MB video ram isnt really future proof anymore

  • okay man suit yourself, its your problem

+1 life for replying to 3 month old comments :)

  • aa has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CRASH. u must be in school

  • no the speed of ur hdd does nothing to game(much)but ur card may hav overheated and lived but with damage try buying a new card

  • hmmm strange but it could be the 4xAA...i play on very high 2xAA with a GTS 250 SC and i get 28-30fps+ also 1680x1050 resolution...could be the 4xAA but also could be the bolttleneck of the cpu....
