Reason 4 song - Destruction - Music made by Hydlide

This one brings memories. At least, the game footage that is. Destruction Derby was one of those games I have been growing up with, next to wipeout, ridge racer and a lot of other stuff. The only reason why Destruction Derby sticks out in some way: it has everything to do with "destroying" stuff... in this case, cars. Which was quite unique for its time!

So yeah, about the song, there isn't much to say about this one. I went for a more "techno" aproach this time. Take a monotomic lead and shift it around left and right. Also I used a crap load of different malstroms that only do a single stabbing chord in the background (6 different once) and they all act up a bit differently in ADSR, Filter settings, Shifts, motion and Reverbing. It is a nice technique to make progression inside the song.

Anyway, a lot of bla bla this time, enjoy this track made in Propellerhead Reason 4

Another great classic game. Very good song too, I really like the simple approach to it with the right length of track and the use of the same sounds.
