For a course I'm enrolled in as part of my Computer Science major at the University of Toronto -- CSC300: Computers & Society -- we are required to make a screencast as one of our assignments. It's supposed to introduce some features of a useful software tool or present some benefit/burden of an internet-connected life. I choose to highlight Gwibber and Ping.fm, to pieces of technology I use to manage many of the various social networking sites I use.
This is part I: Gwibber
@j800r ah, which version of Gwibber are you using? I know that the older version had lost some Facebook support when Facebook changed stuff, but newer versions have updated code. Not sure about sending updates though, I usually only receive through Gwiiber.
