@cygil1 It is pure 2d (sprites). Things are drawn in the correct order (from back to front) to create depth, this includes the separate body parts that rotate "around" each other.

Very pretty, if a little repetitive. Technically, I wonder, is the game actually sprite-based, or simple 3d? It's very clever if it's using only sprites.

I find using the knife is and effective way to conserve ammo.
